WellSky has resolved the issue preventing 3rd party apps from downloading or uploading SFTP files. Users may see a prompt to "Continue connecting to an unknown server and add its host key to a cache" and should click Accept.
We will continue to monitor closely over the next 60 minutes. If you are still experiencing the issue, please reach out to support.
