WellSky has identified an issue requiring immediate maintenance to our SFTP service on Thursday September 25th, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM Central Time. During this time, the SFTP service will be unavailable for approximately 30 minutes. This maintenance is necessary to increase performance and reliability for client downloads. We recommend that you plan your activities accordingly to minimize any inconvenience caused by this brief downtime.
